This Bass Drum upgrade kit replaces the lousy spurs on your bass drum, using our Ultralight Aluminum gullwing style spurs.

• These can install in place of single or double lugs with hole spacings between 1-3”, OR in place of 2 horizontal holes from previously installed brackets. *please note- Ludwig Club Date drums with Large Bowtie lugs have a hole spacing of almost 4”, and are not compatible- double check before ordering!

The kit includes:

• 2 brackets (if selected), BR4 w/ Wingnut, BR4 with RST, or RST Direct mount

• Pair of 10.5mm spurs, Your choice of 4 Sizes of Ultralight Aluminum. See below for length recommendation

• 2 Memory Locks (for wingnut clamp only)

SIZING: For Lug-replacement installations, choose the size and lug count of your drum from the list below. If you are using a riser, add the height of the riser to the length of the spurs. *Note: Only standard 12-24 thread tension rods will work! DW/PDP and Pearl use non-standard tension rods. DW/PDP use non-standard threading. Pearl uses non-standard diameter.

• For non-lug replacement options, you must MEASURE Your drum: Set up in playing position, measure from the bracket location to the floor, and and 1 1/2 to 2” to find the correct length.

To replace Ludwig gullwing or curved spurs, choose 10” Ultralight spurs.

6” spurs work great for floor-tom to bass drum conversions using the existing brackets!
